I’ll admit: I came to the "Body Positivity and Wellness" space with a lot of skepticism. For years, "wellness" meant punishing workouts, 5 AM celery juice, and feeling guilty for eating carbs. Meanwhile, "body positivity" online often felt like a performance—hollow slogans without practical help for how to actually feel good in a changing body.
