Yes. Microsoft does support a "lite" concept for enterprises, but they call it (Long-Term Servicing Channel). LTSC has no Microsoft Store, no Edge updater, no Cortana, and only security updates for 5 years. However, LTSC requires a volume license and does not support consumer activation.
