What's inside the folder?

In the downloaded folder you will find the .hydra file with a soundbank - you can easily transfer the sounds using Hydrasynth Manager.

There is also a list of patch names and types (ARPS, Leads, Pads etc).

You likely only installed the base voice pack but are playing a DLC area. If you are in Far Harbor and hear nothing, you forgot the DLCCoast - Voices_en.ba2 file. Install all DLC packs corresponding to the DLCs you own.

How to transfer patches into Hydrasynth?
