Even if you find a cheat code, there is one Rune you cannot acquire via conventional "All Item" cheats without crashing the game: This is Jowy's story-exclusive Rune. If you hack it into your inventory and try to attach it to Riou, the game will hard crash because the spell animations reference Jowy's specific character model.
