Because of "Progressive Logic," the mod ensures the game is technically beatable (you won't get hard-locked), but it doesn't guarantee it's fair. Imagine entering the Fisheries in Neptune's Bounty. In vanilla, you face a few leadhead splicers. In a randomizer, the room might spawn three Nitro Splicers (with exploding projectiles) and a Security Bot with a laser. Without the proper weaponry, stealth becomes mandatory. It forces you to utilize every mechanic in the BioShock sandbox, from hacking turrets to setting tripwires.
