Changing the language in Silent Hunter 5: Battle of the Atlantic
Navigate to your (e.g., ...\steamapps\common\silent hunter 5\data ). Go to LngGameData > Voices > German . Locate the Data folder inside that directory. Copy it.
If you are struggling to change the language or simply want to improve the game, the "top" recommendation from the Silent Hunter community is to install mega-mod.
Voice lines (crew speech) remain in original English unless you install a voice pack mod.
If you need to change the menus, subtitles, and text, you must do this through the game launcher before starting the game. : Open your Steam Library . Right-click on Silent Hunter 5 . Select Properties > Language .
