Candidates, based on their rank, logged into the JKBOPEE portal and filled their college and course preferences in descending order. The system automatically allocated seats using the merit list and the available vacancies.

The JKCET 2013 merit list also revealed the district-wise performance of students. Jammu district emerged as the top performer, with 5 students in the top 10 ranks. Srinagar district followed closely, with 2 students in the top 10. Other districts, such as Kathua, Udhampur, and Anantnag, also showed impressive performance. jkcet 2013 merit list
