Rocksmith 2014 Ps3 Dlc Pkg Better Portable Instant

Old PKG files were built for Rocksmith 2014 v1.0. The Remastered update (v1.27) changed how audio buffers work. A "better" PKG explicitly flags the required firmware and game version (4.70+ / Game Version 1.27). Without this flag, the PS3 will play the song, but note detection will be off by +/- 50ms.
